These coaching roles are part time and we can work around your school or other work schedules to customize a working situation that best fits what youre looking for.Benefits/PerksProgram Director roles available to those looking to grow as leadersWork with kids in sports - The best job you will ever have!Varied work locations throughout your communityFlexible work scheduleWinter/Spring/Fall Seasons - We work around your school or other work schedule!Free First Aid/CPR/AED certification and Positive Coaching Alliance certification Paid trainingSummer Camp Season - Get weekends off!Job ResponsibilitiesAs a coach, you will:Be a great communicator and work closely with your Program Director and fellow CoachesAssist with program planning and implementationHelp set up equipment and prepare participant giveawaysLead instruction with a group of participants throughout the entirety of the programCultivate a positive camp/program environment for all participantsEnsure a safe camp environment for all kids, addressing physical and emotional safety concernsDirectors will have additional responsibilities:Lead program planning and implementation efforts using Skyhawks curriculum Both transport and prepare equipment and participant giveaways with the help of staffHead up the sign-in and parent welcome procedure along with implementing safety protocolsLead your own participant group while managing program quality and coach developmentManage roster and turn in completed, accurate roster paperwork at the end of each programBe one of our leaders in the field who sets the tone for all coachesSkillsA high-energy, enthusiastic demeanorMulti-sport background preferredFlexible and adaptableResponsible and committed to following through on assignmentsSome experience working with kidsSome experience coaching youth sports (not required)Some supervisory experience (not required)Desire to build experience developing youth and/or teaching sports A passion for and interest in developing leadership skillsJoin our team as a Golf Coach where you can make a significant impact on the lives of young athletes while sharing your love for sports!Job Type: Part-timeBenefits:Flexible scheduleAbility to Commute:Belmont, CA 94002 (Required)Work Location: In person
