IT Project Manager & Scrum Master

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support enterprise services and digital analytics initiatives, driving multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong organizational leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage 4–5 concurrent, medium-to-large cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations while balancing competing prioritiesLead Agile ceremonies and apply Scrum methodologies to drive execution, remove blockers, and maintain team momentum across initiativesOwn project communications, including status reporting, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, meeting recaps, and clear tracking of action items, risks, and dependenciesCoordinate across enterprise service teams and broader business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and efficient resource utilization across shared initiativesIdentify and manage project dependencies, proactively flag risks, and drive resolution through collaboration and escalation when neededFacilitate and lead meetings with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, ensuring clear outcomes, accountability, and follow-throughAct as a strategic partner to stakeholders by asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and confidently pushing back when priorities or capacity constraints require reevaluationMaintain and continuously update project documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and visibility into progress and deliverablesKey Initiatives & Focus AreasSupport HIPAA compliance expansion projects, including transitioning digital analytics platforms from Google to HIPAA-compliant tools (e.g., Amplitude)Partner with digital analytics teams to ensure proper tracking, measurement, and reporting of key metrics across customer-facing portalsContribute to business continuity planning, including coordination with global/overseas teamsTools & TechnologyMicrosoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) – strong emphasis on executive-level PowerPoint presentationsProject and visualization tools such as Lucid (Lucidchart) and TableauFamiliarity with analytics platforms and data tracking frameworksQualifications5–8+ years of experience in project management, IT, or related fields (Scrum Master experience strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects without requiring deep subject-matter expertiseStrong communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholdersExperience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and shared service teamsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity while driving resultsExperience in insurance or regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus, but not requiredLeadership & ImpactBuild strong cross-functional relationships and foster collaboration across teamsMentor junior team members and contribute to improving project management best practicesServe as a key driver of organizational alignment, ensuring teams are focused on the highest-impact prioritiesThis role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and is confident collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
