Start Date: ASAPJob Type: 12 month (B2B) - Initial ContractResponsibilities:Providing requirements analysis, system design, Python and AI development, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and technical supportDesigning, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications using FastAPI and PydanticImplementing asynchronous and parallel programming solutions with asyncioConducting thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to established guidelines and maintain high code qualityIntegrating and experimenting with multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.)Working both independently and collaboratively within the teamProviding clear instructions to team members and helping coordinate day-to-day operationsCommunicating with the client regularlyProviding technical leadership for the teamRequired Skills/ExperienceStrong background in Python, FastAPIExperience with Pydantic for data validation and schema definition in Python applicationsHands on experience with asyncio, asynchronous/parallel programmingExperience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems and in developing agentic AI applications to enhance AI interactionUnderstanding of RAG pipelines and hybrid search with vector databasesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindsetPragmatic approach to balancing process against flexibility in achieving objectivesNice to haveExperience working with Azure Cloud services, including a range of SaaS offerings such as Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Redis, and more.Familiarity with agentic protocols such as MCP and A2A is a strong plus.Hands on experience with the LangGraph stack, including long-term memory, human-in-the-loop workflows, and state management, is highly desirable.Familiarity with .NET is considered a plus.Hands on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.Solid understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation in scalable systems.Apply now for immediate consideration
