Consulting Senior Manager - Forensics

PYA is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager focused on Forensic Services to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation. This individual will join PYA’s collaborative Consulting Department which serves clients in all 50 states.RESPONSIBILITIESManage forensic accounting projects for PYA clients, evaluating the following:Assess potential fraud risksPropose effective investigative strategiesConvey complex financial information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing to PYA clientsProvide assistance with litigation support matters as neededDevelop and present quality work productsServe clients as a trusted advisor, develop and maintain strong relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutionsLead a team of consultants, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growthAssist in business development initiatives through development and expansion of client relationships, utilization of professional networks, and participation in business and industry organizationsQUALIFICATIONS7+ years of accounting, auditing, or financial investigation experience at a professional services and/or consulting firm preferredCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and/or Certified in Financial Forensic (CFF) requiredExperience with business valuation and litigation support a plusProven project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale projects, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet compliance and business objectivesDemonstrated problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to translate complex data and compliance requirements into actionable business insightsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing client relationships and leading diverse teams.Ability to work irregular hours during investigations or legal proceedingsAbout PYA:PYA, a leading independent professional services firm, serves clients across the United States with expertise in consulting, accounting, audit, tax, compliance, and business strategy.
