DescriptionThe Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.Job Summary* The Golf Course Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of small engines, such as oil changes and filter changesMaintain accurate information and reports of servicesPerform minor maintenance and repairs on hydraulic and electric components of equipmentPerform various tasks associated with maintaining properly performing cutting units, including adjusting heights and minor reel adjustmentsRegular equipment relocation via truck and trailer within the regionEnsure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely at all timesEducation and Experience:Strong work ethicEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentValid Driver's LicensePhysical Demands/Requirements:Heavy lifting up to 50 poundsNoise level in the work environment is usually moderateRepetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, and stoopingWork Environment:* Indoor work environment with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, including sun, rain, and cold.BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.This job description is subject to change at any time.BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
