Simply put, we care about our people, our products and our customers.Job PurposeThe ALPOLIC Division of Mitsubishi Chemical Americais seeking a dedicated Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing (SRW) Operator to join our night-shift logistics team. This full-time position operates on a 12-hour schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM, following a biweekly rotation in which employees work four nights one week and three nights the next, with every other weekend is a three-day weekend off. This unique shift structure means team members work the equivalent of six months per year while receiving full-time pay and benefits.The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, with open progression opportunities through our Pay-for-Skills program as additional competencies are achieved. An additional $1.36 per hour is paid for night shift differential, and those scheduled on weekends earn an extra $2.00 per hour weekend premium. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual profit-sharing bonus program, offering further earning potential as part of our commitment to rewarding team performance and company success.Principal AccountabilitiesThe SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property.
