Program Manager

Job Title: Senior Program Manager Location: Torrance, California (Hybrid – 4 days in office)Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of managing large-scale engagements exceeding $15M. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the banking and insurance domains, working directly with CXO-level stakeholders on a weekly basis.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee complex IT programs in the financial services sector, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple concurrent projects.Align program objectives with business strategy while fostering strong executive relationships and driving stakeholder consensus.Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution and delivery.Manage budgets of $10M+, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.Prepare and deliver impact-ful executive presentations and program updates using PowerPoint and Excel.Required Skills:10+ years of program management experience within financial services.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.Hands-on financial management skills, including Capex, Opex, and GAAP understanding.Preferred Skills:Experience in automobile finance.Program management experience in FICO or DataScan implementations.
