This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activitiesDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services providedManage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issuesAdditional responsibilities include:Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safetyManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlyCoach and train restoration techniciansPosition requirements include:Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction requiredIICRC certification (will offer this certification if applicant has appropriate experience but not yet certification)Skills/physical demands/competencies include:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCompensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
