What You'll Do:As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead our maintenance team to ensure our properties stay in tip-top shape. Your mechanical expertise will be key in keeping systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical running smoothly while also ensuring that the grounds, common areas, and curb appeal are top-notch. Lead the TeamOversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep. Maintain StandardsEnsure all systems and facilities meet BAM's brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents. Preventative MaintenanceSchedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise. Team DevelopmentGuide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support. Cost-Effective OperationsManage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient. What We're Looking For:Mechanically InclinedYou're the go-to problem solver for maintenance issues. Detail-OrientedYou understand that little things can make a big difference. Team PlayerYou're ready to lead by example and grow your team. Hard-Working & MotivatedYou thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
