This full-time role requires extensive travel across the U.S., with assignments typically lasting 4 weeks at a time. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fiber optic installation, testing, and maintenance, and is eager to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and test fiber optic cables, connectors, and associated hardware in the fieldConduct end-to-end testing using OTDRs, power meters, and other fiber testing toolsDiagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently; escalate complex issues when necessaryPerform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal network performanceMaintain accurate documentation of installations, tests, and service requestsCollaborate with engineering and construction teams for network deployment projectsAdhere to all safety protocols and quality standardsManage and track inventory of tools and equipmentQualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in a related field preferred)Hands-on experience with fiber optic systems, testing tools, and network infrastructureStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlinesFlexibility to work on-call hours and weekends when neededMust be comfortable with extensive travel and remote work environments (up to 4 weeks at a time)Join Our Team
