Traffic Controller/Flagger

Welcome to Western Traffic Control We are a NON-UNION company. With us, you will be performing traffic control on various job sites by directing traffic in accordance with the needs of the customer. Safety is of the utmost importance, and we are looking for those with the same mindset. Essential Duties include: Setting signs, cones, etc. in accordance with Traffic Control plans and permits and customer needs Follow all safety rules and regulations including the proper use of PPE Generally will work under supervision of Project Managers, TCS, or may be asked to work independently Must adhere to all company policies and regulations All other duties as assigned Other Responsibilities: Complete Daily paperwork accurately and timely Ability to operate 2 way radios Must be a team player Communicate effectively with customers, job leads, and management to notify of changes/issues in regards to the job Provide highest level of customer service to all customers and their employees Excellent Attendance required, dependable transportation, and good work ethic are a MUST Valid California Driver License required with 5 year experience and ability to prove clean driving record You MUST have your ATSSA Certification and at minimum 6 months experience.
