Line Cook
Line Cook (Experienced – Fast-Paced Kitchen) Le Coupé Fried Chicken is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen, and we need someone who can handle pressure, multitask, and stay sharp during busy service. This position is not entry-level. Responsibilities: • Work a busy service line during peak hours • Execute multiple dishes simultaneously (often 5+ at a time) • Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency under pressure • Communicate clearly with the team during service • Assist with prep during downtime when the line is slower • Keep station clean, stocked, and organized • Follow all health department and food safety regulations Requirements: • Proven experience working on a fast-paced line • Ability to multitask and manage multiple dishes at once • Comfortable wearing many hats during service • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility • Ability to speak and understand English • English is required as tickets, screens, and line communication are all in English • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented • Weekend availability is required • Active Food Handlers card is required Schedule: FULL TIME AND PART TIME AVAILABLE • Wednesday – Sunday (for now- plans to open Monday+ Tuesday soon) • 6, 8 and 9 hour shifts available • Flexibility is a plus for future schedule expansion Pay: $20-23 plus tips (tips range between an additional $4-$11+ per hour, based on the hour) • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Opportunity for more hours and growth as we expand operations If you thrive in a busy kitchen, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in putting out solid food every service, we want to hear from you.
