The role involves managing a varied Insurance Defense matters including construction defect, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.Responsibilities:* Handle discovery, hearings, and case management for insurance defense matters* Prepare detailed carrier reports and timely billing in compliance with client guidelines* Utilize Clio and related applications for case and time management* Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members while meeting deadlinesQualifications:* Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions with minimal oversight* 160 monthly billable hour requirement* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to multitask and manage a remote caseload efficientlyInterested in hearing more?
