Technical Program Manager – AI Transformation (Fintech Lender)📍 San Diego / San Francisco (hybrid)💰 $250–350k + bonus + equityLooking for a TPM who has delivered AI/ML systems in credit, lending, or underwriting environmentsA high-growth fintech lender is building an AI-first underwriting platform — aiming to automate large parts of credit decisioning and materially reduce cost-to-serve.They’ve recently hired a Chief Credit Officer to build a full AI + risk function from scratch. This is a core hire within that team.The role:Own end-to-end execution of AI initiatives across underwriting + lending workflowsTranslate AI concepts into structured delivery plansCoordinate engineering, data science, and external vendorsDrive model deployment, integration, and governancePartner directly with senior leadershipWhat they want:5–10 yrs TPM / Engineering Program experienceRecent AI / ML system delivery exposureFintech / lending / credit experience (strong preference)Hands-on operator — not purely oversightWhy it’s interesting:True 0→1 AI transformationSmall, high-impact team (~5 → 10)Exec visibility + influenceClear commercial impact (cost + pricing edge)
