We are looking for an AI Model Trainer to develop, evaluate, and refine AI models by working closely with training data, annotations, and feedback loops. This role is critical in improving model performance, accuracy, and real-world applicability. Role OverviewAs an AI Model Trainer at Scry AI, you will be responsible for preparing datasets, evaluating model outputs, and continuously improving AI systems through structured feedback and training workflows. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure models perform effectively across use cases. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in working at the intersection of data, AI, and model performance in a fast-paced environment.
