The job is responsible for supporting the governance, oversight and execution of multi-year Global Technology programs within a highly regulated financial institution.Business Management & Controls team is responsible for regulatory and business controls, independent technical assessments, strategy, initiative planning, talent on demand, third party, quality assurance, portfolio governance and employee engagement for Global Technology.Responsibilities:Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholdersMonitors the execution of defined tasks through tracking of multi-year program milestones and statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against key performance indicatorsAnalyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks, and produces program reports for managers and stakeholdersIdentifies key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to perform in alignment with program objectivesWorks with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects, leading decision-making for effective resolutionMeets with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues, builds positive relationships, asks questions, and uses tools to uncover root causes and make recommendationsRequired Qualifications:8+ years of program/portfolio management experience in highly regulated environmentsAbility to establish, maintain and influence relationships with relevant stakeholders and lead/participate in cross-functional teams to achieve program objectivesMust have proven hands-on supporting large-scale technology programs from requirements through deployment, including timelines, scope, risk mitigation and adoptionProven ability to support and drive end-to-end change adoption strategiesStrong executive presence with experience facing off with senior leadersStrong written and oral presentation skills with ability to synthesize key messages for Senior ExecutivesStrong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomesAbility to consider diverse data inputs and provide decisive solutionsKnowledge of Agile/PMI methodologiesAdvanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointDesired Qualifications:Working knowledge of Bank of America policies, programs and proceduresBusiness & Risk Management experienceRegulatory experienceAudit experiencePrior experience handling end-to-end business facets: financial management, project management, governance, operations, technology management, and strategy initiativesSkills:Program ManagementProject ManagementReportingConsultingProblem SolvingLeadership DevelopmentPerformance ManagementCollaborationPresentation SkillsPrioritizationChange ManagementRisk ManagementProcess DesignProcess Performance ManagementOral CommunicationsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
