Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe Consumer Customer Service Representative is an entry level customer service position for the consumer clip in department, this position ensures we are assisting certified stylists, salons and mainly consumers by providing a world-class level of customer service. This individual will help aid the consumer customer service team via calls, emails, texts and chats.Professional Customer Service Responsibilities Ensure they are providing an elevated experience to our consumer clientele Help improve customer satisfaction and other customer metrics in the consumer department Improve performance in Call Resolution for consumer clients Assist professional and consumer customers through all CSR devices (calls, texts, emails, chats) Use customer insight to report feedback to the Customer Service Manager, Supervisor and or Consumer LeadAssist in any projects that will positively impact the Customer Service TeamRequirementsMust have at least 1–2 years of Customer Service experienceOutstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.Exemplary oral and written communication skills.Must possess good judgment and ability to make independent decisions within the customer service department protocols.Designated work schedule: Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm Must be open to work Saturdays or SundaysMust be willing to work an in-office/hybrid scheduleAbility to work overtime when required.Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a deskExcellent computer skillsSkilled at providing alternative solutions to customersAbout UsBellami Hair is a subsidiary of Beauty Industry Group.
