Marketing Manager
This role will split time evenly across all three Statler Hospitality properties and play a key role in driving hotel, restaurant, and event visibility.This is a hands-on and in person role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys both content creation and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
Create and capture high-quality photo and video content across all properties (hotels, restaurants, bars, weddings, and events)
Develop on-brand storytelling that highlights each property’s unique identity while maintaining portfolio-wide cohesion
Manage content calendars for social media, websites, and email marketing
Coordinate on-site content capture during events, activations, and special programming
Social Media Management
Manage all social media accounts for The Statler, The Mansion, and The Roycroft Inn
Plan, schedule, publish, and engage with content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Monitor trends and implement platform-specific strategies to increase reach and engagement
Collaborate with culinary, events, and operations teams to promote offerings and experiences
Website Management & SEO
Manage and update property websites, ensuring content is accurate, fresh, on-brand and cohesive
Optimize website content for SEO, including landing pages, and event listings
Track website performance and implement improvements to drive bookings, inquiries, and conversions
Hotel, Restaurant & Event Marketing
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for hotel stays, seasonal packages, restaurants, bars, weddings, and special events
Support ticketed events, holiday programming, and promotions with digital marketing assets
Collaborate with sales and events teams to support lead generation and conversions
Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional messaging
Analytics & Performance
Track and report on marketing performance across social, website, and digital campaigns
Use data to inform strategy and continuously improve content and campaigns
Monitor online reviews and brand presence, supporting reputation management efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, events, or food & beverage
Strong content creation skills, including photography, short-form video, and basic editing
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
Working knowledge of website CMS platforms and SEO best practices
Experience with email marketing platforms and digital campaign execution
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and priorities
Data-driven mindset with experience reviewing analytics and performance metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events and content capture
Comfortable working on-site across multiple properties and collaborating cross-functionally
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
