Staff Assistant Scheduler, Part-Time Milton Hershey School (MHS) is one of the world's best pre-K through 12th grade private schools, where approximately 2,200 students from disadvantaged backgrounds are provided with a cost-free home and a top-notch education. Thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, the school is fully endowed today, with the resources to ensure students can thrive. The school has prepared over 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students. MHS is looking for dedicated individuals to join its expanding Medical Department as a part-time Health Services Staff Assistant Schedulers. This position is vital to maintaining the efficient operation of Health Services and will focus on administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, transportation coordination, and effective communication with staff and student sponsors.Key responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate off-campus specialty clinic appointments for studentsArrange transportation to and from medical appointmentsMaintain accurate medical records and documentationAssist with front-desk duties and general clerical supportCommunicate clearly with students, staff, and parent/sponsorsUphold confidentiality and health/safety standardsWork closely with the Health Services team to promote student well-beingLocation: On-site in Hershey, PASchedule: Available shifts are: Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm and Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 3:15 pm at the Health Center. This is a year-round position with up to 29 hours/week. Hourly rate: $19.45 $25.96 (commensurate with experience).
