At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners.ResponsibilitiesAssess and treat patients to improve daily living and functional skills.Develop individualized OT treatment plans with measurable outcomes and progress tracking.Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and formal guidelines for OT practice.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate care.Monitor patient outcomes using established metrics and adjust plans accordingly.Demonstrate high productivity with on-site, in-person service delivery and accountability for results.Lead patient education sessions on home exercise programs and device usage.Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue relevant certifications.Engage in targeted outreach to build referral pipelines in the local community.Participate in team meetings to share results, best practices, and learnings.Experience/QualificationsCurrent Occupational Therapist license for California.Licensed OT with ability to document assessments and progress notes promptly.Experience delivering on-site, in-person OT services with measurable outcomes.Proficiency in developing and tracking individualized treatment plans.Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices for OT.Strong collaboration with physicians, therapists, and caregivers.Experience leading patient education on home exercises and devices.Ability to monitor outcomes using established OT metrics and adjust plans.Active participation in referral development and community outreach.Commitment to ongoing professional development and relevant certifications.What's in it for you?
