Global Product Development Lead

A company is looking for a Global Product Development Lead to oversee the development of late-stage radiopharmaceutical compounds for therapeutic oncology indications. Key Responsibilities:Lead the Global Program Leadership Team and ensure cross-functional commitments across Clinical, Regulatory, and CMC Drive integrated planning and manage program risks, ensuring effective communication and governance Collaborate with various teams to execute comprehensive product development plans and monitor budget forecastingRequired Qualifications:Master's or PhD in medical, pharma, or biotech field preferred; 12+ years in pharma/biotech required Minimum of 5+ years leading cross-functional product teams within the pharma/biotech domain Experience in oncology development and/or radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous Experience in clinical Phase 2, Phase 3, and through approval required Direct people management experience is considered an advantage
