Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bartending, a flair for creating innovative cocktails, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages that enhance our guests' dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink selections. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders and ensure timely service. Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and seasonal ingredients to enhance the beverage menu. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Uphold a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests while adhering to fine dining standards. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or within the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling cash transactions. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments is advantageous.
