Not open for remote work at this time. Top 5 Responsibilities: Manage project notifications Client Experience support Project Management Support Basecamp to-do additions Project management alongside CE Other Responsibilities: Talking directly with clients via email, Slack, phone, and in-person Working and solving problems independently and knowing when to ask questions Helping to manage projects virtually through our project management tool, Basecamp Participate in creative brainstorms Maintaining detailed meeting- and project-related notes Create systems and ensure they are followed Proactively providing project updates to account managers and clients Manage project deadlines, timelines, and budgets Required Skills Previous agency experience Mac proficient Ability to write clearly, concisely and with correct grammar Comfortable working with conservative Christian churches and non-profits Uses good judgment and works with integrity Works independently and quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly change from one project to another Adeptness with learning new apps and software Comfortable leading projects and other designers Attention to detail (seriously – looking for type-A people) Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team Punctual and dependable Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) 4% Match 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
