Wholesale Loan Account Manager

Join Our Innovative Team!As a Wholesale Loan Account Manager, you will be essential in providing top-notch processing and sales support for loan applications submitted by Wholesale Loan Brokers. Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Brokers, you will manage the loan process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to company policies and all applicable laws. This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000.00 to $65,000.00.Your Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main communication and support liaison between Brokers and internal departments throughout the loan processing journey. Provide exceptional customer service to our valued partners and clients. Access and verify credit reports, flood certifications, and appraisals as needed. Ensure compliance with deadlines for pre-disclosures, approval letters, cancellations, and declinations. Oversee incoming documents from Brokers, confirming precision and completeness. Gather necessary stipulations from Brokers and address issues before closing as required by underwriting. Proactively manage your loan pipeline to ensure timely funding. Collaborate with Account Executives to discuss pipelines and provide daily updates. Maintain regular communication with Brokers, reaching out at least every other day to keep all parties informed. Input and manage data in our systems with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Alert Brokers and Account Executives of any discrepancies related to titles, appraisals, credit, employment, income, and other critical loan file details. Order Employment and Deposit Verifications to support prefunding quality control. Offer assistance to departmental support staff when needed. Qualifications:Handle sensitive information regarding loan applicants with utmost confidentiality. Familiarity with FHA and VA guidelines. Strong understanding of RESPA regulations related to Good Faith Estimates (GFE). You should possess outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to multitask across several files simultaneously. Maintain constant communication with borrowers, brokers, agents, loan officers, and internal staff. Proficiency in using various office machines, including computers, copiers, and fax machines, with the ability to sit for extended periods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Calyx Point and DataTrac is a plus. Capability to organize, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle detailed assignments effectively. Demonstrated excellence in customer service. Educational experience equivalent to an associate's degree. Two to five years of experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or Mortgage Loan Processor, with experience collaborating with various Brokers, Account Executives, and loan products. Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of wholesale loan production and mortgage loan processing.
