This role is ideal for a developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning and Apex development who is eager to grow in a collaborative Agile environment.The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, senior developers, QA analysts, and administrators to build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions. While guidance and mentorship will be provided, candidates should be comfortable developing solutions using the Salesforce platform.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business, marketing, QA, and technical teams to understand and implement business requirements.Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning components (LWC/Aura).Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality using Flow Builder, validation rules, workflows, and other declarative tools.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving Salesforce platform issues.Follow established coding standards, development best practices, and documentation requirements.Work closely with senior developers and architects to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.Contribute to system improvements and ongoing optimization of Salesforce applications.Support integrations and data management activities as required.Required Qualifications1–3 years of Salesforce development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Apex development (Mandatory).Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components (Mandatory).Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative configuration.Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Basic knowledge of Salesforce deployment and version control practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Platform Developer I certification.Experience with Visualforce pages.Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.Knowledge of e-commerce or digital marketing platforms is a plus.Mandatory SkillsApex DevelopmentSalesforce Lightning (LWC and/or Aura)Salesforce Platform Fundamentals Flow BuilderExperience Level: Junior (1–3 Years)
