Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator

Quick thinkers, organized, reliable, and caring-these are the kinds of qualities we look for in our employees.We are looking for a Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team of healthcare professionals.Staffing Coordinator responsibilities include:Create schedules and daily assignment sheets for CNAs, CMTs, and Nurses (completed monthly)Assist the Director of Nursing with interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and terminating CNAs, CMT's and NursesReview bi-weekly punch details for accuracy and indicate employees’ eligibility for various bonusesAssist in calculating certified hours for the nursing departmentMaintain attendance records for nursing employeesComplete Employee Payroll Change Notices for status changes such as hiring, termination, raises, full-time/part-time, and leaves of absencePerform reference checks on nursing applicants Maintain a current list of all clinical care employee phone numbersFollow up with all newly hired CNA/CMTs & Nurses to ensure the checklist is completePerform other duties as requested by the Director of Nursing (DON) or AdministratorStaffing Coordinator Requirements:At least one year of experience as a staffing coordinator in a nursing facilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStaffing Coordinator Benefits:401KPaid Time OffMedical/DentalTeam Like AtmosphereCompany PerksEmployee Recognition ProgramsElectronic Onboarding for seamless onboarding experienceSo, if you meet the requirements above and feel this is the position for you apply today!
