Entry Level Sales Representative

At JL Partners, we are officially launching our newest division in the Miami market, and we are looking for ambitious, high-energy professionals to help spearhead our growth.We are moving away from traditional outbound cold-calling and focusing entirely on face-to-face, B2C (Business-to-Consumer) event marketing. In this role, you will act as the front-line face for world-class telecommunications brands at local retail pop-ups and community events.This is a ground-floor opportunity. We don't require 3-5 years of corporate sales experience; if you have a background in hospitality, retail, or customer service, you already possess the communication skills needed to thrive. We will provide the structured training to teach you the rest.What You Will Do:Event-Based Sales: Execute high-volume, face-to-face consumer outreach at designated area events and retail pop-up locations across Miami. (No telemarketing).Consultative Closing: Master the first 10 seconds of a conversation to build immediate rapport, explain tech features/promotions, and seamlessly guide customers through the sign-up process.Campaign Execution: Work alongside a high-performing team to exceed launch targets and maximize brand footprint in your assigned territory.Team Collaboration: Participate in daily developmental meetings to refine sales psychology, consumer behavior insights, and leadership skills.The Leadership Fast-Track: Because this is a newly launched division, we are actively looking for our next generation of management. We operate on a strict 100% promote-from-within philosophy.
