What You Will Do You will learn the fundamentals of construction project management while assisting with job site operations. Field Management: Help manage job site operations, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with project requirements. Technical Execution: Assist with the preliminary design, estimating, layout, and scheduling for shoring and foundation drilling projects. Project Controls: Collaborate with senior management to analyze data, track budgets, and ensure projects stay on schedule. Problem Solving: Adapt to challenges in real-time and communicate effectively with field personnel, clients, and management. Growth: Progressively take on more project management responsibility as you move toward a Project Manager role. Qualifications Education: BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is highly preferred. Experience: Some experience in the construction industry (Geotechnical or drilling experience is a plus). Mindset: Assertive, competitive, and tenacious with a desire to gain hands-on field experience. Career Goals: A clear desire to obtain a PE License and move into Project Management. Requirements: Open to travel and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
