Join BrezQ to lead architecture and implementations for Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud, driving solutions for spare parts, warranties, dealer networks, service lifecycle and integrated ERP workflows.What you’ll doLead solution architecture for aftermarket processes: parts sales & inventory, warranty & claims, RMAs/repairs, service contracts and field service lifecycleDesign and implement solutions using Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience CloudBuild customizations with Apex, LWC, Flows; design APIs and middleware integrations (MuleSoft preferred)Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for order-to-cash, inventory visibility and supply chain workflowsDefine data models, security and governance best practicesPartner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutionsWhat we’re looking for12+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on architecture & development skillsDeep experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Manufacturing/Aftermarket domain (Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Manufacturing)Proven expertise in at least two: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience CloudStrong knowledge of warranty lifecycle management, dealer portals/B2B commerce and field service operationsExperience integrating via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft preferred)Excellent stakeholder communication and solution delivery skills
