Residential Specialist – CILA - CISSNA PARK, IL

Our family-owned company provides quality services for adults with developmental disabilities living in our CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements). As a Residential Specialist, you will make a difference for these amazing people by coordinating schedules for 4-8 employees that serve 8 clients, helping our clients get to medical appointments, assisting with recordkeeping and providing direct care. If you have Direct Support Person (DSP) or CNA experience, this is a great advanced-level job for you, at our home in Cissna Park, IL!
