The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, designing and leading construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget. The role will support projects across North America. In addition - he or she will be a key member of executing over 100MM worth of active construction projects. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Hybrid - Plymouth, MNWhat You Will DoPlans and analyzes assigned construction projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applicationsReviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectEstablishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessaryConfers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityCoordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permittingReviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; milestones, Project Analysis through required project documentation such as AIAResponsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completionMaintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staffObtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customerAssist Coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract Agreements or project documents required for fileMinimum Qualifications4 Year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)3+ Years of professional Project Management experience in construction, facilities or similarDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service The typical pay rate for the position ranges from $ 90,000.00 - $153,300.00 + 10% bonus eligibility in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall.
