You will join an exceptional team at the forefront of healthcare-focused AI research and deployment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute payer strategy across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, building relationships with key reimbursement stakeholders.Lead complex payer negotiations to secure favorable rates and terms and bring agreements to closure.Own coding and payment strategy, including development of code applications and reimbursement materials.Serve as a forward-looking market access leader, shaping reimbursement and access strategy for the next 12 months, 3 years, and beyond, and developing creative coding and payment models as the landscape evolves.Build HEOR analyses, budget impact models, and payer value stories.Create field-ready materials that help the commercial team address payer questions and support physician ordering.QualificationsAt least 5 years experience in market access/reimbursement with strong preference towards candidates with experience with in vitro diagnostics, software as a medical device, oncology, molecular diagnostics.Launch-stage experience — Has received positive coverage decisions at an early or growth-stage diagnostics company, not just inherited a mature reimbursement function.Deep relationships with payers are a plus.J-18808-Ljbffr
