Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Greensboro, NC. The responsibilities of the Bookkeeper include maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing payroll, and preparing financial reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, assisting with audits, and supporting financial planning through accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping. Qualifications Proficiency in bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks, and familiarity with financial management systemsStrong skills in accounts management, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processingAttention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records and preparing financial reportsKnowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and financial audit proceduresEffective problem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsStrong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data reporting and analysisHigh school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
