Associate Project Coordinator

The company manages large-scale contracts such as the FAA's Technical Support Services Contract 5 (T5), which supports the modernization and safety initiatives of the National Airspace System.2. About the Opportunity: The Associate Program Coordinator role supports the execution of the FAA’s new air traffic control system program. This position is responsible for providing program-office coordination and operational support, including staffing, hiring, onboarding, reporting, and project tracking. The role contributes by enabling smooth program operations and assisting leadership and project teams in managing various program initiatives.3. Responsibilities:Support staffing, hiring, onboarding, project coordination, reporting, and other program-office activitiesCoordinate with program leadership, project managers, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and hiring teamsAssist with high-volume hiring activities, including candidate tracking and interview schedulingMaintain staffing plans, requisition logs, candidate trackers, interview schedules, and onboarding recordsDevelop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, charts, presentations, and other communication toolsAssist with project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and status updatesTrack deadlines, identify missing information or delays, and coordinate follow-upPrepare meeting materials, presentations, status updates, and program documentationSupport special hiring campaigns, workforce initiatives, and process improvementsConduct research, data collection, and basic analysis for management decisionsTake ownership of tasks and ensure completion with appropriate follow-up4. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years related experience, or four-year degree in business, project management, or related field with 1+ year related experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, tables, charts), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and TeamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving ability and capacity to learn new processes and systems quicklyAbility to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholdersProfessional judgment in handling personnel and business informationAbility to work remotely and travel occasionallyAbility to meet customer security requirements; federal background check may be required5.
