Program Manager - Remote / Telecommute

Job TitleJob Description: Pay Range: $74.90hr - $86.14hrRequirement/Must Have:Minimum 8 years of industry experience in program or project management.Experience managing complex projects involving hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.Experience managing multiple programs, projects, and clients simultaneously.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project planning tools.PMP certification required.Experience:Experience leading transformation and large-scale migration initiatives.Experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder relationships.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and global project managers.Experience with change management processes in professional services projects.Experience managing program scope, schedules, risks, and budgets.Responsibilities:Define program success criteria, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.Collaborate with senior customer leaders and internal teams to establish program governance.Coordinate and manage sub-projects and workstreams, including their dependencies.Develop detailed project plans considering dependencies and operational sequences.Monitor program scope, schedules, costs, and changes using appropriate methodologies.Track program progress and performance using project management tools and techniques.Identify, manage, and resolve program risks, issues, and actions.Communicate program progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.Conduct client-facing status meetings and manage customer expectations.Develop and distribute program status reports on a regular basis.Maintain program documentation and system records.Forecast program revenue and maintain program data within systems of record.Collaborate with global project managers to improve project management efficiency.Foster strong client relationships to support future business opportunities.Present project dashboards and updates to executive and senior leadership.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through successful program delivery.Should Have:Strong leadership and facilitation skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to align program deliverables with business objectives.Ability to work effectively in complex and dynamic environments.Skills:Program and project management.Stakeholder management and communication.Agile project management.Risk and issue management.Project planning and scheduling.Change management processes.Dashboard reporting and executive presentations.Qualification and Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.PMP certification required.PgMP certification preferred.Experience with tools such as NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
