This is an opportunity to work on custom-engineered projects from concept through manufacturing while collaborating closely with engineering, fabrication, and production teams.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunitiesStable, established manufacturing companyCollaborative engineering environmentDirect impact on high-profile industrial projectsRequirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environmentsStrong AutoCAD experience (AutoCAD Electrical preferred)Working knowledge of NEC and NFPA codesExperience designing electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagramsAbility to perform panel loading calculations, wire/conduit sizing, and BOM creationStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust pass background check and drug screenMust HavesDesign electrical systems for custom industrial enclosures, power generation equipment, and packaged systems.Review customer specifications and develop electrical designs that meet project requirements.Create schematics, electrical drawings, Bills of Materials, and panel layouts.Perform load calculations, panel balancing, conduit and cable sizing.Provide technical direction to designers and drafters throughout the design process.Partner with manufacturing and production teams to resolve technical issues and support project execution.Ensure designs comply with NEC, NFPA, and applicable customer specifications.Preferred Background & SkillsExperience with generators, switchgear, UPS systems, or emergency power equipmentManufacturing experience with industrial equipment, structural steel, skids, or packaged systemsAutodesk Inventor, Revit MEP, or other 3D CAD softwareAccubid or similar estimating softwareExperience working with Caterpillar, Cummins, MTU, Schneider, or similar equipment manufacturers
