Litigation Assistant
We are seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Probate Litigation Legal Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced legal team in Tampa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a litigation environment, enjoys being a critical part of case strategy, and takes pride in keeping complex matters running smoothly from start to finish.In this role, you will support attorneys handling probate litigation matters, including contested estates, guardianships, and related disputes. You’ll be deeply involved in case preparation, court filings, discovery, client communication, and ensuring deadlines never slip through the cracks.
