Our IT Services practice provides organizations with highly personalized, comprehensive, U.S. based recruiting services supported by our internal onsite team of subject matter experts.Currently, we are hiring for a Line ManagerEnterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS)Washington, DC (preferred); RemotePosition SummaryWe are looking for a Line Manager to manage subcontractors across a number of transformation initiatives for Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions( EIDS).This role will assume project management responsibilities for ongoing and new work performed by subcontractors as assigned by EIDS Government Program leaders, as well as providing ad hoc daily program support. This person will act as a representative of BCG for Government Programs and subcontractors and stay in daily communication with BCG counterparts.Success in this role looks like completion of projects and creation of high quality deliverables that achieve the Transformation objectives as contractually agreed between BCG and EIDS. These Transformation objectives revolve around transforming and modernizing their Product Management, engineering and data architecture capabilities through process and workflow optimization and other levers. Success if also dependent on the ability of the individual to build relationships with key stakeholders and manage an ecosystem of federal contractors with sometimes conflicting agendasThis person should be able to inspire and empower their team members to deliver against their respective priorities and KPIs, drive work independently, foster collaboration with Government and other stakeholders, and develop strategic and nuanced recommendations.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide general and complex project management support for process improvement projects withinthe organization Manages project from induction to closure, coordinating and facilitating meetings in support ofproject/products, as required Ensures all resources are engaged in project execution and assists in conflict/risk mitigation. Projectcomplexity ranges from short-term (tasker) to long-term (technical/product-based) Ensures assigned projects stay within scope, schedule, and track and report interdependencies betweenactivities, projects, or programs Ensures all subcontractors are being assigned to project tasks and leveraged appropriately according totheir skillsets; ensures each subcontractor's workload is optimized and managed well Proactively and effectively identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle Develop charters, workplans, and visual representations of schedulesSupports the day-to-day operations of assigned workstreams Organizes and communicates details of specific assignments and/or tasks while being a liaison between team members and stakeholders. Organizes reporting, plans meetings and provide status updates, as required Capture key takeaways, facilitate meetings, track and report action items, and coordinates across teams to compile inputs for mandated reporting Apply knowledge, tools, and resources to help manage assigned change requestsFacilitate communication between Government Programs, Government Contractors, and BCG to ensurealignment with Program priorities and visibility across operations Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders Leverage a deep understanding of Product Management principles, data architecture, and GovernmentProgram needs to ensure current and future Program needs are met Facilitate seamless communication and information sharing between Contractors and and GovernmentPrograms, elevating obstacles or risks for input from Government Programs or BCG appropriately Act as first point of contact for project-related inquiries, escalations, and decision-making Act as a representative of BCG for all stakeholdersBasic Job Requirements 5+ years of experience leading teams Prior DHA or government healthcare experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required; PMPcertification is a plus, Master's degree is a plus Proven experience in program or project management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant, etc.) or experienceis preferred Proficient Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams U.S. citizenship and ability to get Common Access Cards (CAC) clearanceKey Competencies Knowledge of government policies and procedures related to product management and dataarchitecture In-depth understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles, practices, and roles Clear, succinct, action-oriented verbal and written communication skills, focused on business value Ability to hold others accountable and push back when necessary Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through is a must; performs tasks with high degree ofaccuracy, efficiency, and timeliness Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines in a challenging, fast-pacedenvironment Ability to team with others and to persuade effectively, influence and negotiate, as appropriate Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective working relationships withGovernment stakeholders & BCG, while demonstrating a positive, personal and professional image;highly responsive Project self-confidence, authority, and enthusiasm Positive team player Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and tact, maintain confidentiality at all times, and exhibit good judgmentInterested candidates, please apply online with a detailed resume and contact information.Thank you.
