This is an entry level sales job that provides you the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. You will work as a member of the account sales team, working side by side with the Account Manager, Delivery Driver, and Area Sales Manager. Your shared responsibility is to merchandise each account; this means assuring every customer is well stocked, and all of our products are properly priced.ResponsibilitiesMaintain fresh products by stocking and rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, and displays adhering to all quality and rotation policies.Build displays and executes placement of pricing and signageOrganize backroom stock, follow procedures to report damaged or out-of-date productLearn the sales fundamentals to be a strong candidate for future routesRequirementsHS degree but college degree desiredMust have a "Get it done" Attitude and Execute effectivelyMust be detail oriented and organizedPrior merchandising experience is preferredValid Driver's License, clear criminal history, pass a drug screenAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsGeneral computer knowledge with focus on Word, Excel and Outlook requiredWe OfferFull Benefits- Medical, Dental and VisionRetirement Savings Plan$5,250 tuition reimbursement available after 1 year of service80 hours of PTO per yearABOUT LDF
