You'll be at the center of our manufacturing process—managing inventory, preparing materials, and ensuring everything is exactly where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.In this role, you will:Manage inventory and perform transactions in our ERP system with accuracyPull, stage, package, and label materials for production and shippingPrepare and modify materials according to detailed specifications and printsOperate equipment such as filament cutters and other machineryAssemble, trim, and finish materials to meet quality standardsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeSupport continuous improvement initiatives and help refine processesEnsure equipment is operating properly and perform basic maintenanceSchedule & Pay 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (3-day weekends!)Pay: $22–$23/hour + bonus opportunitiesWhy You'll Love Working Here We take care of our team with a strong benefits package and a supportive work environment:Medical, Dental, and Vision (Anthem)Life & Supplemental Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Holidays & PTOPaid Parental LeaveIncentive/Bonus PlanWhat You Bring We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED1–3 years of material handling experienceStrong math and communication skillsAbility to read blueprints, specs, and measuring devicesHigh attention to detail and accuracyForklift, reach truck, or pallet jack experience (preferred)Physical & Work Environment This role keeps you active and engaged throughout the day:Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbsStand, walk, and move for extended periodsWork in a manufacturing environment with light exposure to dust, noise, and machineryUse PPE such as safety glasses, shoes, and hearing protectionBe Part of Something Bigger At Tanis, every role matters.
