Job Description A Plus Mobile Maintenance, a family owned and operated establishment, is searching for a heavy and medium-duty diesel mechanic to be a part of our advanced mobile fleet technicians. The ideal candidate will be provided a company vehicle equipped with a workbox, ARC welder, gas-powered air compressor, and computer with diagnosing software. This service truck will be assigned only to you and will be brought home with you at the end of your shift. This means no commute to work - you don't have to spend your time or gas driving to/from your job. Your time starts when you roll out. What do we specialize in? We are strictly mobile Preventive Maintenance DOT inspections Yard Work Emergency roadside repairs Where do we operate? Orange Riverside Los Angeles San Bernardino Ventura counties The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years experience as a heavy duty mechanic / technician Independent work ethic with the ability to be flexible to the needs of the business Computer diesel diagnosis software experience or basic computer operating skills Clean driving record The tech should also be able to diagnosis and repair: PM service BIT/DOT inspections Check engine light ABS lights DEF systems Suspension repairs Electronic repairs Air conditioning Brake repairs (drums, pads, and shoes) Axle gaskets Wheel seals Vehicle no starts Battery Issues Engine Overheating Faulty Sensors Transmission Light
