Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Sales Person, based in the Greater Boston area. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing customized heating and air conditioning solutions, and establishing lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, recommending HVAC and plumbing products and services, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling preventive maintenance. Collaboration with the service team to ensure effective solutions and excellent customer service is essential. Qualifications Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Plumbing and HVAC systemsProficiency in Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics on heating and air conditioning systemsExceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clientsExperience with Preventive Maintenance procedures and schedulingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in a sales role is a plusRelevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields are advantageous
