It takes the imagination and passion of all of usfrom design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per yearto look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality of BD Products' medical devices and components throughout the production process, adhering to strict regulatory standards and internal procedures.Job Responsibilities:Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of medical devices, components, and raw materials according to established specifications, and quality standards.Utilize various measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify product conformance.Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, identifying and reporting non-conformances.Initiate and participate in non-conformance investigations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required.Maintain detailed records of inspection activities.Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans.Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.Train junior quality control inspectors on inspection techniques and quality procedures.Operate and maintain inspection equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.Minimum Requirement:High School Diploma or GEDTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
