Retirement Plan Specialist

We’re looking for a phenomenal 401(k) Retirement Plan Specialist - 401(k) business development advisor to join our rapidly growing Corporate Retirement Division. This is not a traditional corporate role. We’re building a high-energy, team-based culture focused on delivering an elite 401(k) experience to companies and their employees. Our growth has been incredible and we’re looking for someone that can help us continue building momentum throughout Kansas City and beyond. The primary focus of this role:Corporate Retirement Plans / 401(k) business development Building relationships with business owners and key decision makers Setting high-quality meetings and uncovering opportunities Working alongside an experienced team of 401(k) specialists and advisors Helping expand one of the fastest growing retirement plan teams in the region  What we’re looking for:Strong working knowledge of 401(k) and retirement plans Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and strong relationship skills Well connected throughout KC and surrounding markets Dynamic personality with confidence and professionalism Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys growth You do not need to know every technical detail of retirement plans - our team structure provides deep support from experienced specialists, advisors and industry partners.
