Senior Manager, FP&A

Our Client:Our client is a well-established automotive company with a strong manufacturing footprint, supporting OEMs and tier suppliers through advanced engineering and production capabilities.Job Responsibilities:Lead FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for manufacturing operations.Provide financial insights and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.Partner with plant and business leaders to drive cost control, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.Develop financial models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor business performance.Support investment evaluation, capital expenditure planning, and business case analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing finance, with strong exposure to FP&A.Automotive industry background is strongly preferred.Solid understanding of costing, plant finance, and operational finance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
