Provide ongoing management and monitoring of patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed. Prescribe and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, and supportive care measures. Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes. Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Engage in clinical discussions, multidisciplinary team meetings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Participate in clinical research and academic activities as appropriate. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology. Valid medical license to practice in the state of Oregon.
