Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, closed on Friday's!We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. Be the leader of a team of 2 Case Managers and 2 Legal Assistants and 275 cases? Excellent at managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment? Ability to work well with others and enjoy a team environment? Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations? Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers? Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements? Maintain organized case files and documentation in Filevine or similar CMS? Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management? Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the pre-litigation processQualifications:? Happy and dedicated to helping others? Knowledge of Ai tools? Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school? Active license to practice law in Washington State? Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation?
