Avidd Community Services of New Jersey, Inc proudly serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Morris, Bergen, Warren and Somerset Counties. What We Are Looking For? Seeking 1-2 Part Time Job Coach/Employment Specialist. We are currently hiring for our Transition Program serving individuals 14-21 years of age with developmental disabilities. Must be willing to travel to Bergen and Morris Counties. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00AM-2:30PM with room for flexibilty. Responsibilities: Develop and Lead Student Intern Workshops using Avidd Pre-ETS curriculum. Monitor student interns work schedules and timesheets. Worksite development and liaison between Avidd and community employers. Liaison for student, guardian and employer. Documentation of services. Assisting student with transportation needs. Schedule flexibility is a must, required evening or weekend hours based on program's needs. Qualifications: Minimum Associates Degree Three years experience working with the DDD/IDD population. Bogg Center Employee Specialist Foundation Trainings required within 90 days of hire. Understanding of DVRS and Pre-Employment Transition Services preferred. Experience with children and transition aged 14-21 years old. Youth a plus. APPLY TODAY ON INDEED!
