They own 2 clinics and a hospital that serve the greater Wishek area. They are seeking a Primary Care provider to work 4 days in clinic/ 1 day in the Urgent Care/ER at the hospital. Ideal candidate will want to grow as a Primary Care provider and be interested in providing urgent care services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Family Nurse Practitioner role based in Bismarck, ND, and new graduates are welcome to apply. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications within scope, and developing evidence-based care plans. The role also involves providing patient education, coordinating care with physicians and other clinicians, and supporting urgent care needs as necessary. The practitioner will maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record and uphold all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards.QualificationsStrong clinical foundation in Nurse Practitioner practice, with the ability to deliver safe, patient-centered care.Experience or training in Nursing and Primary Care, with competency in health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.Knowledge of general Medicine and Urgent Care principles, including evaluation and treatment of common acute and emergent conditions.Current or eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and appropriate state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in North Dakota.Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program; new graduate FNPs are encouraged to apply.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and build trust with diverse patient populations.Comfort with electronic health records (EHRs), documentation standards, and evidence-based clinical guidelines.CPR/BLS certification; ACLS or PALS preferred or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.CALL THE RECRUITER DIRECTLY AT 303-301-4399 (DIANA)
