Job Description Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time)Elite Dental Wellness – Houston (Westheimer Area) $55–$60/hour | 35–40 hours per weekElite Dental Wellness is a patient-centered, technology-driven dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, efficient systems, and a collaborative work environment.Position Summary:The Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for delivering comprehensive preventive and periodontal services, supporting diagnosis and treatment planning, and providing patient education while maintaining clinical excellence and efficiency.Primary Responsibilities:Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapyObtain digital radiographs and intraoral photographsConduct periodontal charting and risk assessmentsEducate patients on oral hygiene and preventive careDocument findings and treatment accurately in Open DentalCollaborate with dentists and clinical team on treatment planningOperate within an assisted hygiene model (two columns)Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocolsQualifications:Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist licenseStrong clinical proficiency and attention to detailProficiency with digital radiography and intraoral imagingExperience with Open Dental, iTero, and Piezo preferredExcellent communication and time-management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical settingCompensation & Benefits:$55–$60 per hourSick days (after 90 days)Incentive bonus pay (after 90 days)Health insurance (after 90 days)Paid vacation401(k) programWhy join our team?At Elite Dental Wellness, we believe great dentistry starts with a great team.
